Last summer I began a project, the aim was to recreate signs of the zodiac with a range of models and bodypainting.  Over the next week or so, I’m going to dish out the results… In the meantime, here’s Aquarius and a video of what’s to come!

This shoot was commissioned by British artist Steve Farley who wanted to feature an organic, human presence to accompany his work in photographic format.  Steve is an artist I’d hoped to collaborate with for a while and due to the success of this project, we’ve discussed  a full series due over the coming months and hopefully an exhibition later in the year.

See what I mean… It’s been a busy week!

On these shots I wanted to go for something with a bit more pop, so we changed around the backdrops and stuck with the reflected silver light & bare bulb highlights/backlight.
